Recently, we announced a new benefit: Interpolitan Unplugged. Time has flown, and this year’s global Unplugged week is happening now, from August 5th to August 9th, 2024.
During Unplugged week, we encourage all team members worldwide to focus on their mental and physical well-being by engaging in activities they enjoy, practising mindfulness and self-care, and taking an extra day off to rest.
What is Unplugged?
Interpolitan Unplugged is a week dedicated to wellness, mental health and reducing stress. We’ll run workshops, provide the team with opportunities to relax and introduce new ways to combat burnout.
Unplugged week also includes a company-wide wellness day off. On this day, we encourage team members to recharge and focus on self-care, whether that’s a relaxing nature walk, a day out with family or friends, or a pampering session at the spa.
Why is Unplugged important?

Our Unplugged schedule
Every day during Unplugged week, we’ll explore a different theme. Here’s what the team have to look forward to:
Monday – All about Unplugged: An introduction to Unplugged, plus goodies and helpful tips for building healthy habits throughout the week.
Tuesday – Spotlight on health: We’ll welcome a special guest for a talk about health and wellness.
Wednesday – Mindfulness matters: Discover the secrets of mindfulness and enjoy a delicious team lunch.
Thursday – Managing stress: Learn practical techniques for managing stress and tips for getting a better night's sleep.
Friday – Building a growth mindset: We’ll find out why a growth mindset matters, and how to cultivate one.

What to expect
If you’re an Interpolitan client, please rest assured that Unplugged week won’t affect the services we provide to you. You can still move funds, exchange currencies and use your account in the same way as usual, and your dedicated relationship manager will still be available via email or phone.
