In our most recent employee satisfaction survey, health insurance emerged as a top priority. Now, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve partnered with two providers, AXA Health and Plum, to create health benefits packages for our London and Mumbai teams.
Team UK: AXA Health benefits
As part of our ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of our London team, we've partnered with AXA to offer a comprehensive health insurance policy with unlimited cancer coverage.
According to Cancer Research, over 375,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK – more than 1,000 every day. While modern treatment options have improved outcomes, early access to quality care is still essential.
London team members are delighted with the new AXA package. Team India: Plum benefits
In India, we’ve rolled out a generous Plum health, accident and term life insurance package, tailored specifically for our Mumbai team and their family members.
With cashless claims accepted at over 10,000 hospitals across India, our team can access quality healthcare without worrying about financial constraints, promoting a healthier and happier workforce.
