Integrity is more than rhetoric at Interpolitan – it's one of our most important core values, both in and out of the office. We’re committed to making a difference in the community and paying our success forward whenever and wherever possible.
We’ve chosen to support two of John Caudwell’s charities, Caudwell Children and Caudwell Youth, as part of our commitment to giving back. As members, we’ll raise money and awareness to help drive progress and meet each charity’s goals. We’ll also provide career advice, extend Torchrunner work placement opportunities and volunteer in person whenever possible.
About Caudwell Children
Founded in 2000, Caudwell Children provides life-changing support to children with disabilities throughout the UK, helping them lead active, happy and independent lives.
Services include practical assistance, respite care, supported holidays and funding for treatments, therapies and vital equipment. To date, Caudwell Children has helped over 50,000 children and distributed more than £45 million.
About Caudwell Youth
Established in 2022, Caudwell Youth works with at-risk young people aged between 11 and 24, giving each individual trauma-informed mentorship and support for up to two years.
Young people referred to the organisation receive long-term mental health support and one-to-one guidance from a trained volunteer mentor with similar interests. At the moment, Caudwell Youth covers the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Luton and Milton Keynes areas.

We believe the right support can help young people flourish. Access to cutting-edge treatments, vital services and equipment can transform the lives of disabled children, while early mentorship opportunities help teenagers build confidence and resilience.
